The Asian American Real Estate Association is proud to announce the 2010 scholarship program. The purpose of the AAREA Scholarship is to recognize outstanding high school graduates and college students for their academic achievements and to reduce their financial burdens for college. The scholarship award is selected on the basis of academic achievement, financial need and community involvement. A maximum of five scholarships will be awarded this year.

The 2008 AAREA Scholarship recipient, Jeremy Yang, is pursuing his studies at Harvard University with a major in biology. Jeremy was recognized in the 2008 AAREA Spring Gala. Likewise, the new scholarship recipients, essay editors; will be recognized in the 2010 AAREA Spring Gala on February 20, 2010.
